Warning: possible spoilers~~ :D
Okay so it took me too long... 1st to move my butt and see this drama, my first chinese... 2nd to write this post... :D But actually this post will be totally different from the start :P
Boss & me aka Shan Shan comes to eat is a most lovely and positive story when it comes to theme of one character being rich and one that of a lower class! The story revolves around Shan Shan who just started working in great company as an assistant. She is naive, cheerful, positive, could say bouncy? :D And she loves to daydream :) She is everywhere somehow and is difficult to dislike her :) Without her knowledge big boss starts to gain interest in her, 1st because she helped his sister by donating rare blood type both have and 2nd he is secretly watching her as she (without knowing) usually ate in front of his office. To all he is known as cold person, business, who is like a prince but he is lonely even among friends and his sister and Shan Shan comes like rays of sunshine into his life, making it livelier, less boring, stressful etc. Yes, he slowly starts to approach her in his own interesting ways lol
So of course there are the usual problems when it comes to such relationship, gossips, looking down on her, even herself thinking she isn't worth such a person who looks like star high up in the sky... But I find two most important things when it comes to her, again 1st her growing up to become a woman worth of him, 2nd how there were actually no usual problems like his family oposing (his sister was really okay), ok her parents a bit but that was doable :) Actually her character grew a lot but never stopped being herself, didn't change to the worst which is also one good point. I read somewhere that they think boss is same through the whole drama but I might not agree... he did say he didn't cry since his grandpa died but hey, he did :) For a good reason :D How he also changed? He got less cold, he let her twist him around her finger now and then when it wasn't his turn :D And isn't his character almost perfect already (oh wait forgot about the big scary bug... or color blindness etc. hihi)? He is caring, he doesn't judge, he differences work and private, he is protective, he is the mediator between his friends, doesn't want to hurt them etc. I think he looks bit selfish but often puts others before himself. I have no complains :P
I talk too much... Anyway wish for a relaxed "quickie" (because episodes just fly by) but still deep? Give it a try! Totally recommending :) Did I forget anything? hmmm I hope so, talked too much already, shut up :D
